I read an article that everyone should see. It’s about a cottage industry gone big that all plaintiff attorneys have to contend with in settling injury cases. More often than not, we have to consider public assistance benefits, any paybacks due to Medicare, and/or client’s personal insurance companies for accident related injuries. Not only does the client have to deal with horrible pain, suffering, fear and the unknown, but just when they think it’s over, more hassle comes in the form of subrogation. Rawling, Trover and others like them are bill collectors for big business, and more often then not, the little guy has no idea they have an obligation, especially when he/she did nothing wrong. Call me if you would like to discuss further, and stay well everybody.
