Limited vs. Full Tort

Published October 22, 2011 | By lflynn

Many people come to the office and say they have full coverage, thinking they have full tort. There is a big difference between the two.

Full tort allows a person who was injured in an auto accident to seek compensation for all accident related damages, to include pain and suffering.

Limited tort only allows compensation for pain and suffering, plus actual damages, if an injured party has a “significant impairment of a body function or system”.

Give me a call and I can describe the differences for  you.
